  I just had a pleasant and unpleasant experience at Best Buy. Mainly because of their procedures and all that other corporate bullcrap they make their employees do to track and increase sales. I was continually bothered by their employees at every turn. I came in to buy an Amazon Fire TV and I then wanted to browse the store and check out new technology. Everybody was nice, but I don't want to be asked 7 times if I need help with anything. Then the process of checking out became an issue as well. All the questions on the machine before sliding your card. Insisting on me giving your my rewards number when I know it's automatically going to come up when I swipe my card. Then the system making it more difficult because you don't have my purchase tracking number. I'm considering returning my small purchase and just getting same day shipping from Amazon.

  My interaction is with the Geek Squad...always use them for repair, updating or cleaning of my laptop. They do a good, prompt job. I like the fact that they use appointment times also; only wait a minimal amount of time to be waited on. I also like and purchase their annual service contact as I know next to nothing about the internal workings of computers.
