  AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This place sells low quality furniture. Purchased a bedroom set that was over $1000. After a year the set literally is starting to fall apart piece by piece. Management is unwilling to help because they no longer have the set. Please don't waste your money here. There are better places that you can go and get a better deal on higher quality furniture. You can Google "value city customer complaints" and read all about this shady company if you don't want to take my word for it. And to top it all off the customer service is horrendous both at the corporate office and on the store level. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED. UPDATE: So I reached out to the person who told me to get in contact with him to sort out the situation. . He literally told me they couldn't do anything because I was out of warranty. So... They refused to help me when I was within my one year and then once I'm out of my one year tell me that they can't help me cause I'm out of warranty. Just go to Ashley's furniture or if you don't believe me look up value city on BBB and read the complaints.
